Zara’s Story
We rescued Zara in the summer of 2025.
Zara was found inside an overturned trash bin. Starving, terrified, and rummaging for scraps.
Zara was just a little puppy at the time. In the trash bin, she wasn’t alone. Her brother, Jasper, was with her.
They had no tags or microchips, and no one came looking. It was painfully clear that someone had dumped them like trash.
But that moment didn’t break her. It marked the beginning of her second chance.
Zara was rescued and is currently safe in a foster home, where she’s learning what it means to feel protected and cared for.
She’s a good girl, a bit shy at first, but very sweet.
𝗭𝗮𝗿𝗮 is about 9 months old now, and is still waiting for her forever home.
She was thrown away, but she deserves to be someone’s treasure. She deserves a place where she’s wanted, loved, and never abandoned again.
