Leila’s Story
Leila was despicably left behind in the dirty backyard of an empty house in Miami, along with three other dogs.
The owner simply decided to move out, leaving the dogs outside to rot by themselves. This is truly terrible.
The three other dogs were taken, but poor Leila was left behind.
Leila is just a puppy, which makes this despicable act even more cruel, as she would not have stood a chance.
We couldn’t fathom leaving her there and we had to help.
Seeing this little girl we asked ourselves, how could anyone leave her behind?
Leila is only about 8-9 months old, and she weighs 20 pounds. She is smart, sweet, loves people and other dogs as well.
We believe that she would fit in with any family.
