Nova’s Story
Meet Nova, an adorable two-year-old who was heartbreakingly surrendered back to the shelter in SC.
Nova was adopted as a puppy and returned to the shelter a year later. The reason for her second abandonment was that the owner got a job out of state and couldn’t take her.
Since then, Nova has waited patiently for a home, to no avail.
Nova only weighs 35 pounds. She is very sweet but can be timid at first. Who can blame her, after being abandoned by the only family she knew?
Nova loves other dogs, and we know she will be a great family member.
