Parker’s Story
This little sweetheart was heartbreakingly dumped on a dirt road in Texas.
She had been roaming around the neighborhood alone and neglected for quite some time until one of the neighbors noticed her after the recent hurricane struck.
The Good Samaritan started feeding her, and she became a regular visitor to a nearby ranch.
She was named Parker and brought to the veterinarian for an examination, who found out that she was despicably shot in the mouth with a BB gun. The wound had already healed on its own.
Parker is estimated to be around two or three years old, and is relatively healthy despite everything that happened to her.
Although we don't know the details of Parker's past, we can say her future looks bright.
Despite everything Parker went through, she's extremely intelligent and sweet. Her calm and friendly personality shines through when she interacts with humans, kids, and other dogs.
Parker will be coming to New York shortly, and we need help to ensure that she has a welcoming home to go to.
