Rico’s Story
We rescued Rico from death row in Miami in 2021. Rico had to be hospitalized for a few weeks due to pneumonia.
After his arrival in New York, Rico was adopted, and unfortunately, due to no fault of his own, his home didn’t work out anymore due to the family having a baby two months prior.
We have evaluated Rico since his return, and he is as sweet as he was when we rescued him.
Rico is a small boy, who gets along with other dogs.
His previous family says that Rico is the sweetest, most loving boy in the world, and that he is an absolute gem.
Rico loves playtime and cuddles, and is always eager to shower his loved ones with endless love and kisses.
We would love nothing more than find the perfect family for him.
