Chance’s Story
We often see heartbreaking stories in rescue work, but Chance’s story is appalling.
Chance was found wandering in the streets of Charleston. Upon looking at him, we can see that something horrible happened to him.
The Good Samaritan who found him described the horrific things that go on in South Carolina. Chance was found in an area known for dog fighting and abuse.
Being emaciated with his nose missing meant Chance needed immediate veterinarian care.
Upon examination, the veterinarian believes that Chance’s mouth was most likely zip tied,m and his nose possibly cut off.
Only a monster would do such a thing. A monster that still lives freely, while Chance was suffering and trying to survive in the streets.
Despite the horrific abuse he endured, all Chance wants is to be loved.
