This adorable little puppy ended up at the shelter in Miami, and we desperately need a foster home for him.
Will has what seems to be some type of dwarfism and let’s be honest, it only makes him even more adorable.
Unfortunately, Will is anemic due to a hookworm infestation, which will be treated and should resolve rapidly after his treatment.
